Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Ho-Ho Hotline will soon be opening up the lines for the 15th year in a row.

The St. Luke's Home Adult Day Health Care Program is hosting the hotline that puts children of the community in-touch with Santa or Mrs. Clause.

Communications Specialist for Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare Aida Mariani says the program is free and it keeps the holiday spirit alive.

"By talking to them," she says, "and letting them know about how they were during the year, how they behaved, how they did at school. And, it allows mom and dad, who are listening on the other side of the line, to also hear about how their children were all year long and what they would want because of their hard work of being good boys and girls."

She says parents can also call the hotline to hear what the most popular items are this holiday season.

Santa and Mrs. Clause will start taking telephone calls December 13 through the 21 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. You can give them a call at (315) 624-4525.
