The girlfriend of a man charged with manslaughter in the death of his daughter says he knew that his children were sick but refused to go home.

Marissa Marney testified that while on their way to a casino last year, Glenn Collins' son call him to say that he was sick and that his sister Gabriella was crying.

Marney says Collins continued on to the casino after receiving the call, knowing that something was wrong.

Gabriella was found dead the next day from carbon monoxide poisoning.   Her brother was hospitalized and treated but survived.
