Good News On The Utica-Rome Job Front

The New York State Labor Department has released preliminary July unemployment numbers and it's good news for the Utica-Rome area.

The jobless rate last month was 7.4%.

That's down from 8.6%  last July.

The state unemployment rate is at 7.5%
