Goodwill-HARC Store To Give Vets Free Outfits

Herkimer, NY (WIBX) - This Memorial Day weekend, local veterans have the opportunity to suit up for a different mission; rejoining the work force.

From Friday through Monday, the Goodwill-HARC Store and Donation Center in Herkimer will provide all veterans with professional attire needed to get a job.

Veterans who present their military card and mention the phrase "Goodwill Suits Vets" will get assistance in picking out one free outfit.

The store is also looking for help from the community, through the donation of professional and work clothing, such as dress pants, shoes and blouses. All donations are tax-deductible.
