Governor Andrew Cuomo is making jobs and tax cuts priorities for the next year.

In his fourth State of the State Address, Cuomo declared, "Jobs are Job One," and talked about the need to promote business.

The governor wants universal pre-kindergarten statewide, smart classrooms, and upstate casinos.

Cuomo also proposed a pilot program to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of a medical marijuana system in New York.
