Griffo Pushing For Protection Of Police

Albany, NY (WIBX) – State Senator Joseph Griffo is encouraging Governor Cuomo and the Assembly to help protect New York’s police officers.
Legislation passed in the State Senate makes the crime of aggravated harassment with police a Class E felony.
The legislation has the support of law enforcement. Utica Police Chief Mark Williams says that he is “grateful” to see the bill pass the Senate.
