Griffo Unveils Major New Job Creation Plan

Senator Joseph Griffo was at Fiber Instruments in Oriskany today to unveil a new job creation plan, New Start NY.
The plan focuses on helping existing businesses and includes Griffo's New York in 3-D concept -- Dream It Here, Design It Here and Develop It Here.
It's designed to encourage entrepreneurship in New York's manufacturing sector by helping new products to make it from the drawing board to the marketplace
Griffo says the plan would offer energy property tax and personal income tax relief similar to Start UP NY.
The initiative would also provide a revolving loan fund for businesses.
