Group Files Notice Regard New Gun Law

New York's main firearm lobby is working to overturn Governor Cuomo's new NY SAFE Act law.

The New York State Rifle and Pistol Association has filed a notice of claim, saying the new updated ban on assault weapons goes against the U.S. Constitution's Commerce Clause.

The notice of claim will give the group 90 days to file its lawsuit.
