Hage Report Released To Public Detailing Financial Impropriety in Utica

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The public can now see the GroWest report written by attorney JK Hage.

Utica's Corporation Counsel has released a redacted copy of the report, including a 30-page Executive Summary.

It's available for review at the City Clerk's Office.

The 2010 report highlights financial improprieties at the non-profit housing agency.
