Oneida Indian Nation Representative Ray Halbritter will take part in a roundtable discussion next week on the impact of the nickname Redskins.

Halbritter will appear at Penn State University on October 22nd.

He'll participate in "A Conversation About Nicknames or Not", which is part of Penn State's John Curley Center for Sports Journalism Conversation Series.

Halbritter is a central figure in the "Change the Mascot" campaign to get the NFL's Washington Redskins to change their nickname.

Halbritter will speak alongside reporter Mike Wise of the Washington Post, who has been outspoken about the need for the team to change its name.
