Hamilton Man Arrested For Sex Crimes Against Youngsters
Madison County, NY (WIBX) - A Hamilton man is facing multiple sex crime charges, and Madison County Sheriff's Investigators say it resulted from crimes against two children under the age of 17. Officials say one victim is under the age of eleven. 28-year-old Gregory P. Paul is accused of sexually abusing the victims between July 2010 and January 2011. He was arrested and taken to Madison County Jail with a secured bond set at $100,000 or $50,000 cash bond.
Paul is charged with:
- First Degree Sexual Abuse, Class D Felony
- Endangering The Welfare of a Child, Class A Misdemeanor
- Third Degree Criminal Sexual Act, Class E Felony
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Class A Misdemeanor
- Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, Class A Misdemeanor
