Hamilton Man Charged For Drug Offenses After Traffic Stop
Utica, NY (WIBX) - Over the weekend, Utica Police say they arrested a Hamilton man after finding marijuana and crack cocaine in plain view inside his vehicle. He was pulled over for a traffic violation at the time. According to the report, 33-year-old, Nathan Robbins of College Street had his 6-year-old son in the car with him when he was pulled over at the intersection of Clinton Place and Oneida Street in Utica.
Utica police officials turned the child over to his mother and Robbins was charged with the following:
- 7th Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Unlawful Possession of Marijuana
