Hanna Announces $5.5 Million In Funding For Griffiss Airport

$5.5 million dollars in federal funding is headed to the Griffiss International Airport in Rome.

Congressman Richard Hanna says the Department of Transportation grant will make necessary upgrades at Griffiss to maintain safety and operational efficiency.

The money will rehabilitate the taxiway and two hangars at the airport.

Hanna is a member of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
