Hanna Gives Obama Speech An “A”

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Republican Congressman Richard Hanna says President Obama's State of the Union Address was a speech that could have easily been written by either party.

The 24th District Congressman says the address touched on innovation, competition, infrastructure and jobs.

He says those are all things this country has done so well for so many years and needs to begin to do well again.

Hanna gave Obama's speech a grade of "A."
