HARC Paves The Way

Utica, NY (WIBX) - HARC has received a $60,000 grant to help with updates to the agency's newest site.

The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties and the Wesley and Marion Small Fund awarded the grant.

The money assisted HARC with blacktopping the parking lot at its newest site on East German Street in Herkimer.
