Has Anyone in Your Family Fled Another Country?

Over the weekend a cruise liner was asked by the United States Coast Guard to pick up people allegedly attempting to flee Cuba using a raft free floating in the ocean.

This is not the first time this has happened.  And, officials say, it happens much more than most people realize.
