Have you ever felt as though you were being watched?  A Liverpool man is under arrest after being charged with doing just that.

48-Year-old John N. Fenton stands accused of using his personal cellular telephone, according to a written release by New York State Police, "to record patrons using the unisex changing room located in the Ahsi Spa Pool are on February 28, 2015."

Fenton is being charged with five felony counts of unlawful surveillance in the second degree.

Troopers were contacted by the Oneida Indian Nation Police about an active investigation regarding a male customer whom they say had allegedly recorded adults and young children inside a changing room at the Turning Stone Casino.

The investigation is continuing and authorities say that they are working to identify those photographed so that they may be notified.

Fenton was arraigned in the Town of Verona Court and sent to the Oneida County Jail on $10,000 bail.
