HEAP Application Approaching

Utica, NY (WIBX) – Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente is reminding consumers that the final HEAP deadline is quickly approaching.
Applications for the Home Energy Assistance Program must be filed within the next seven days. Applications must be filed in person or postmarked by Friday, April 13, 2012.
