Football is a violent game. You don't even need to be a fan to know that. But it's tough to fully appreciate just how violent is. Until now.

University of Miami linebacker Denzel Perryman wore a camera on his helmet during this year's spring game to give other people a first-person look at what's happening on the field of play.

The action is fast and chaotic and it kind of looks like what happens when the power goes out on your TV. And all the hitting? The only thing we want to be hitting at a football game is a beer when we knock one back while relaxing on our couch.
