Herkimer Man Arrested for ‘Sexting’ 12-Year Old Girl

Ilion, NY (WIBX) - A Herkimer man has been arrested for allegedly sending a naked picture of himself to a 12-year old girl.  37-year old Allen Abare was arrested by Ilion Police on a felony count of Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor and an endangerment charge.

He was arraigned in Ilion village court and sent to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility on  $5,000 cash bail.
