Herkimer Woman Facing Resisting Arrest Charges

A Herkimer woman was arrested in Ilion, New York on several charges, including resisting arrest.

Ilion Police say 28-year old Amy E. Ferrucci was also charged with disorderly conduct and marijuana possession on Thursday, August 22, 2013.

She is being held on bail at the Herkimer County Jail pending a future court appearance.
