High School Football Section III Friday Results

Section III Class D semi-final high school football was on tap Friday night and one local team will move on to the Carrier Dome for the finals.

Herkimer beat Westmoreland in a shootout, 29-20, to advance to next weekend's Class D final.  Dolgeville lost to Sandy Creek, 24-12.

Oneida and Notre Dame both play in separate games today in hopes of making a trip to the Dome next week.
