Holland Patent Man Charged With Reckless Endangerment

Holland Patent, NY (WIBX) - A Holland Patent was arrested for allegeldy discharging a shotgun on Main Street in Holland Patent.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 22-year old Joshua Crippen fired one round from a shotgun in the driveway of his home at around midnight Sunday.

After several attempts to call Crippen out of the house were unsuccessful, members of the Oneida County Emergency Response Team entered the house and took Crippen into custodywithout incident.

Crippen was charged with reckless endangerment, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling and disorderly conduct.
