Holland Patent Woman Pleads Guilty In Death Of Utica Teen
A Holland Patent woman charged with running over and killing a Utica teenager last December has pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
24-year old Sarah Buswell was in Oneida County today, where she accepted a plea offer. She was originally charged with second-degree murder.
Police say Buswell chased 18-year old Ammar Williams with her car and drove over a fence Williams was climbing. It happened on Christmas Eve on Walker Street
Buswell faces 17 years in prison. She's scheduled to be sentenced on December 21st.
