House Fire on Lincoln Ave in Utica [VIDEO]

Utica's near West Side and Downtown neighborhoods where under a heavy veil of smoke late Friday night after a fire broke out at a home on Lincoln Avenue and quickly spread to at least one nearby structure.

Lincoln Ave was closed south of Warren Street and north of Sunset Ave as Utica Fire Department crews battled the blaze.

There was a long traffic back-up at the intersection of Sunset Ave and the Arterial as traffic was routed around the blaze.
