NEWBURGH, N.Y. (AP) — A teenager accused of killing a Hudson Valley man two months ago has been arraigned on a murder charge.

Seventeen-year-old Devin Isaac was charged Wednesday in Newburgh City Court and sent without bail to Orange County Jail. Isaac pleaded not guilty in connection with the shooting death of 29-year-old Deandric Little, who died Aug. 1 after being shot on a Newburgh street corner.

New York City Police captured Isaac last Thursday on Staten Island. Authorities say he was carrying a loaded handgun when he was caught. Police have not confirmed if that weapon was the one used to kill Little.

Isaac's attorney, Michael Ferraro, says he has too little information at this point to comment on the charges.
