Identity Theft Arrest

State Police in Marcy say they have arrested Jeffery Mlinar, 22, of Westmoreland, for using a stolen debit card to make at least nine withdrawals from a First source Federal Credit Union account in New Hartford.

Police say the arrest came after a two month long investigation.

Mlinar was charged with second degree Identity Theft and fourth degree Grand Larceny.

He is scheduled to appear in New Hartford Town Court on December 3rd.
