Ilion Man Arrested After Breaking Store Window During Fight

A fight with another person may have led to a storefront window being broken by an Ilion man.

Police arrested 44-year old Oliver Callahan of Ilion for allegedly breaking the window on October 17, 2013.

Callahan was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, which is a misdemeanor.

He is scheduled to appear in court on November 14, 2013.
