Ilion Man Arrested For Promoting And Possessing Child Pornography

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A two-month investigation has led to the arrest of an Ilion man for promoting and possessing child pornography.

State Police arrested Timothy Bouton, 32 of Ilion today after conducting a search warrant at his house.

Bouton was arraigned and sent to the Herkimer County Jail to await further proceedings.

He is being held in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bail bond.
