Ilion Man Charged With Choking A Child

Ilion, NY (WIBX) - An Ilion man was arrested and released for assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.

32-Year old Robert Charles of West Main Street in Ilion is scheduled to appear in court on July 12, 2012 after allegedly choking a person under the age of 17.
