Ilion Man Charged With Course Of Sexual Conduct Against A Child

An Ilion man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a child.

Ilion Police have charged 36-year old Christopher Brown with two counts of sexual course against a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Brown was arraigned and sent to the Herkimer County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.

Police say no additional information will be released in order to protect the identities of the victims.

Ilion Police were assisted in the case by Herkimer County Child Protective Services, the Herkimer County Child Advocacy Center, the Herkimer County Sheriff's Office and the Herkimer County District Attorney's Office.
