Ilion Man Charged With Forcible Touching

An Ilion man has been arrested and charged with forcible touching and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child..

Ilion Police say 39-year old Timothy Davis, Senior was arraigned and sent to the Herkimer County jail on $7,500 dollars bail.

Police say the victim is under 17 years old.

Herkimer County Child Protective Services and the Herkimer County Child Advocacy Center assisted in the investigation.
