Ilion Man Charged With Threatening Kids With A Knife

Ilion, NY (WIBX) – An Ilion man is facing charges after allegedly threatening several children with a knife.
Ilion Police say 62-year old Robert Foster struck one of the children in the arm.
Foster was charged with menacing, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
