Ilion Man Facing Assault Charges

An Ilion man is scheduled to appear in court after being charged with assault and criminal mischief.

46-Year old Daniel Guile of the Remington Park Apartments was arrested following an incident on April 2, 2013.

The judge released Guile on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
