Ilion Man Facing Drug Charges [UPDATE]

A meth lab in Ilion is busted after local and state police conducted a search warrant at a home on West North Street Wednesday.

52- year old Battista Guarnieri Jr is charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and an additional charge of unlawfully possessing a hypodermic needle.

Guarnieri was sent to the Herkimer County jail without bail.

Ilion Police say additional arrests are pending.

UPDATE 2/21/15 7:00 a.m. Two more arrests have been made in connection with the meth lab that was discovered in the Village of Ilion on Wednesday.

Ilion Police say they arrested Isaiah Brewer, 27, and Neil Failing, 36, both of 139 West North Street.

Both men were charged with unlawful manufacture of meth and sent to the Herkimer County Jail on $10,000 bail.
