Ilion Man Facing Sex Abuse Charges

An Ilion man is facing sex abuse charges

Ilion Police arrested 31-year old Joshua Hallenbeck and charged him with rape, criminal sex act and sexual abuse.

Police say the victim was under 13 years old at the time of the first incident.

They say Hallenbeck had allegedly been sexually involved with the girl since 2012.
