Ilion Woman Charged With Three Counts Of Aggravated DWI

Ilion, NY (WIBX)) - An Ilion woman is facing charges for allegedly driving drunk with her three young children in the car.

Ilion Police charged 32-year old Amy Trevor with three counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated.

The charges were filed under Leandra's Law, which makes it a felony to drive drunk with a passenger under the age of 15 in the car.

Trevor was also charged with DWI and driving with a blood alcohol content over 0.08%
