Ilion Woman Hits Man In Head As He Holds Child

An Ilion woman found herself under arrest after hitting a man while he was holding a child.

Ilion Police say Sarah Hight, 20, allegedly struck the man in the head with an object while he was walking down a flight of stairs and carrying a two-year-old.

Hight was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
