Illegitimate Taxi Company Stopped In Ilion

Ilion, NY (WIBX) - Before you hail that taxi you might want to make certain it is legitimate.

Ilion police have arrested 47-year old Diane Smith of Little Falls for operating a taxi without a permit and 50-year old Angelo Nostovski for operating an unregistered cab company.

Police say if you get in a cab make certain that a valid license is prominently displayed.
