Inmate Charged With Harassment Of Correctional Office

An inmate at the Oneida County Jail has been arrested for allegedly throwing toilet water on a correctional officer.

25-year old Codey Kistner is charged with aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate.

The incident happened on August 22nd.

Kistner is schedule to appear in Whitestown Court on September 19th, where he'll be arraigned on the charge.
