Is New Downtown Utica Plan A Good One?
Utica, NY (WIBX) – The City of Utica is applying for a grant that would significantly change the look of downtown.
Among the proposed changes: Genesee Street would go from four lanes to two with a median between opposing traffic and parking would no longer be free in certain areas.
Do you think that the change is for the better or are you against it? Mayor Rob Palmieri appeared on “First Look” and said that more information would be made available in the lobby of CIty Hall for anyone who wanted to take a “look-see.” What do you think about the proposed plan?
