New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is being suspended for four games without pay for his alleged knowledge of the intentional under-inflation of footballs in the "Deflategate" scandal.

The announcement comes following an investigation by the National Football League that took approximately three months.  Some are saying that the penalty is too harsh, given the fact that there is no hard proof - only speculation - that Brady had prior knowledge that the balls would be deflated.
