Jaquish Family Appealing to Appellate Court over Mobile Home Park

The controversy over the mobile home park owned by the Jaquish family in the Town of German Flats is headed to New York's highest court. Virginia Jaquish and her husband own the park which has been deemed inhabitable by the township due to flooding risks. Jaquish and her husband claim the complaints from the town are personal and have nothing to do do with the threat of flooding.
