Jenna Hinman’s Widower Arrested for Check Fraud

The husband of the woman who captured the hearts of many after she contracted, and later succumbed to, a rare form of pregnancy cancer has posted bail after being arrested.

CNY Central is reporting that Army Sergeant Brandon Hinman was taken into custody on allegations of possessing a forged instrument.  He posted $2,500 bail and was released pending a future court appearance.

According to the story by CNY Central's Michael Benny, "...Jenna's mother Kim Blaisdell said she is aware of the arrest. Brandon Hinman has not had any recent contact with Jenna's family - or his twin girls."

Police say their investigation is continuing but are not releasing any more information at this time.
