Mark Sanchez piloted the Jets to a 28-21 win over division rival New England on Sunday, sending New York back to the AFC Championship Game for the second consecutive year.

Sanchez completed 16 of his 25 passing attempts for 194 yards and three touchdowns, leading New York to the upset victory in Foxborough, Massachusetts. The Jets ran for a combined 120 yards and Shonn Greene's 16 yard touchdown run in the final minutes all but sealed the game.

New York will play at Pittsburgh next Sunday at 6:30 p.m. to determine which team will play in the Super Bowl. The Steelers knocked off their divison rivals, the Baltimore Ravens, 31-24 on Saturday.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady three for 299 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in the losing effort.

Also on Sunday, the Chicago Bears defeated the Seattle Seahawks 35-24. Chicago will host the Green Bay Packers at 3 p.m. next Sunday in the NFC Championship Game.
