I had to laugh when I read NFL.com's draft analysis of the New York Jets first round draft pick, safety Calvin Prior at No. 18 overall (which you can find here).

Under strengths it says, plays with confidence and swagger. Under weaknesses: plays with reckless abandon and lacks discipline. If that doesn't say 'Rex Ryan' I don't know what else does.

I'm not saying that's all bad because at Louisville, Prior played in 13 games as a true freshman and was an impact player right from the get go, according to the NFL draft report.

At 5' 11'' and 210 pounds, Prior posted combine numbers of 4.58 on the 40 and 34.5 inches on the vertical jump. He pumped an impressive 18 reps on the bench, which likely helped cause the nine forced fumbles he had in three seasons with the Cardinals. He also had seven picks in his college career.
