According to the Utica Observer-Dispatch, Jevon Wameling, plead not guilty to second degree burglary and fourth degree grand larceny charges in Oneida County Court yesterday.

Wameling was charged on September 5, after allegedly taking jewelry and money from a relative's home.

He was arrested a day before police found his 9-month-old son, who had been missing since May 29, in the Mohawk River.

Though Wameling was the last person seen with baby Levon, no one has been charged in either Levon's death or disappearance.
