Tom Brady has, according to the Associated Press, beat the NFL in its 'Deflategate' court case, and the judge has nullified the NFL's four-game suspension.

Fox News reports that United States District Court Judge Richard M. Berman ruled that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell went too far in enacting the suspension.

The New England Patriots' quarterback is now free to play in all games this season.  The Patriots are scheduled to square off against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, September 10, 2015.

The NFL can appeal the judge's decision.
