Julian Looks To Return To City Hall, As Council President

Utica, NY (WIBX) - He already has one endorsement, but today former Utica mayor Tim Julian officially announced his candidacy for President of the Utica Common Council.

Julian has the support of the city's Republican committee, and over the weekend, screened for the Independence Party line.

Through a news release, Julian said his leadership and experience will help navigate the city through the many problems it faces.

Julian will face incumbent Democrat William Morehouse.
