- Malaysian Airlines Latest: A ping has been heard in the ocean by Australian Ships. Could this be an end to the search and CNN's coverage?
- Fist fight occurred at the New Hartford Chuck E. Cheese's. This fight led to a New Hartford Police Officer getting punched.
6:20-6:30:
- Comets have a heart breaking weekend and also there is a potential feud brewing between the Comets and the Crunch.
- Andrew Brindisi (older brother of Anthony Brindisi) ticketed for leaving the scene of an accident and one local resident is accusing him of trying to run him over with his car.
- Big announcement coming for local talent!
6:30-6:45:
- This winter has destroyed all of the roads in Central New York. Some areas are worse than others but they are bad! Our parking lot is pretty bad too.
- Another local talent will be on American's Got Talent. How far they will go, we have no idea. Robert Channing is a mentalist and he has confirmed he participated in an audition and that is all he can say.
- Howie Mandel invited on to "The Tonight Show" with Johnny Carson and he absolutely bombs and is never invited back.

- Before getting to Councilman Marino we payed a little tribute to the recently passed away Mickey Rooney who played Chris Kringle in "Santa Claus is Coming To Town."
- Joe Marino discussed the city budget, the audit of the city finances, the CWSI waste controversy and the city's borrowing.

- One discovery made in today's Sound Off was that in the wake of Piers and Blake being shut down by the city, one woman lost her deposit for her daughter's wedding. She gave them $2,300 and her calls have not yet been returned.

- We discussed dead celebrities and the Top 10 Most Valuable records from TV Land. The list includes records by Adam West (Batman), Jerry Mathers (Leave it to Beaver), Clarabelle (Howdy Doody Show), Clint Eastwood (Rawhide), and even Dan Blocker (Bonanza).
Rocco LaDucca - Utica OD
- Rocco was in to discuss the story of John Linen, a Utica resident, accusing older brother of Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi (Andrew Brindisi) of running him over with his car. Andrew did receive a ticket for leaving the scene of an accident for striking a gas line.
Rob Esche - Owner of the Utica Comets
- Rob addressed a dispute with the owner of The Syracuse Crunch, the possibility of a game at the Carrier Dome next year, and what we can expect from The Comets in year 2.
